Bespoke coaching to support your running dreams.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Personal training plans for a range distances (5KM to full marathon or beyond)
- In-person training (personal or in groups)
- Running form analysis and technique advice
- Online coaching with weekly calls and ad-hoc adjustments to your training schedule
- Field tests to determine lactate threshold or training zone fitness
- Injury prevention
- Free intake phone or video call
Kids Training
1-1 or group coaching for aspiring young athletes.
Let your kids learn about the beauty of running through:
- Playful endurance games
- Drills and technique exercises using examples from the animal world
- Build the agility and speed needed in other team sports like football or tennis
- Showing them self-worth by tracking progress
- Building a community and social interaction
